Spring always involves eating Artichokes steamed with a side of drawn butter with lemon for dipping. It's not hard to steam them, but just takes a little preparation and time to steam them.
They are delightful to eat and make a perfect starter for a Spring Dinner. I love the artichoke hearts in salads too. They are also available jarred and ready to eat which makes things easy.
