Ingredients:
4 Hamburger Patties
4 oz Blue Cheese
4 Tbsp Spicy Mayonnaise (More or less to taste, recipe follows)
4 Tbsp Butter
4 Your Favorite Hamburger Buns
Sliced Tomatoes
Arugula, washed and cleaned.
Salt & Pepper
Olive Oil (optional)
Directions: If making on stove, start by preheating a cast iron skillet until smoking. Lightly grease with olive oil. Salt and Pepper the Hamburger Patties. Cook.* Allow burgers to rest for 5 minutes.
Butter the buns and grill, cut side down, for about 1 minute or into toasted. Add arugula, 1 Tbsp of spicy mayonnaise (recipe follows). Place burgers on buns and finish with and tomato blue cheese crumbles.
Serve Hot.
Spicy Mayonnaise
1 Cup Premium Mayonnaise (We prefer Duke’s)
¼ Cup Hot Chili Paste (Adjust to taste)
1 Lemon, Juiced
2 Tbsp Cilantro, finely chopped
Directions: Combine and serve. Refrigerate any unused portion.
