Ingredients:
1 Butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cubed.
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Cloves garlic, minced
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
2. Toss butternut squash with olive oil and garlic in a large bowl.
3. Season to taste with Salt and Pepper.
4. Arrange coated squash on a baking sheet.
5. Roast in preheated oven until squash is tender and lightly browned, 25 to 30 minutes.
Aluminum foil can be used to keep food moist, cook it evenly and make clean-up easier.
