Fall is such a wonderful time to love fresh fruit and veggies. Try to replace one meal with a salad or a raw meal. Get creative and think of the myriad of possibilities. Apples are plentiful and some fruits from Summer such as tomatoes are still available. One of my favorite friends who only eats raw sent me this beautiful image. Can you feel the love?
