In Winter, we all stray from eating as much fresh produce as in the Spring and Summer. We crave warm soups, stews and heavier dishes but think about eating one meal completely fresh. It could be a mixed chopped salad or just some raw veggies to snack on in between. Lately, I have been cutting a cucumber, celery stalks and have them with me to chomp on when I get hungry.
