
I apologize for not being as active in posting on the blog but I have been in Teacher training to Teach Pilates and am now Teaching. During the 500 hour Teacher Training Certification I began to find focus by eating fresh fruits and vegetables. The challenge began as a way to "fuel and nourish" my body in a sustainable way. During my fifty-eight years on the planet, there have been all sorts of crazy diets that just are not sustainable. I turned to my roots of eating fresh fruits and vegetables and being mindful not to waste things. Starting is often the hardest part but when you start at the beginning of the week, you automatically set yourself up for success. I keep a journal and do a lot of prep work in order to have fresh fruit and veggies ready to eat and to grab on the go. I noticed how space in my life opened up to do more of what I love and how it inspired others around me to bring more freshness into their lives. Toss out all the processed foods and choose fresh fruits and vegetables, after all that is how Paul's started.
