Meet James Fanton, affectionately known as "Jimbo," a dedicated member of the Paul's family since 1994. Seeking a career change, Jimbo was encouraged by a friend, the manager of our Chenoweth Lane location, to give Paul's a try for the summer. Starting as a produce associate, Jimbo quickly became a versatile team member, filling in wherever needed, including cashiering.
When asked about retirement, Jimbo's response is always, "Why would I want to?" His love for working at Paul's is evident in his enthusiasm and dedication. Jimbo has enjoyed witnessing the company's growth from a simple fruit stand to the vibrant market it is today.
For Jimbo, the best part of the job is the interaction he gets with people. He cherishes the connections he's made with customers and colleagues alike. His favorite Paul's product? The original White Cheddar Pimento Cheese, a true classic that reflects his appreciation for quality and tradition.
