Meet Jonathan Alexander, a seasoned member of the Paul's family whose journey with us began in high school at the tender age of 16 back in 1993. Jonathan started his Paul's career as a produce associate at our old Lyndon location, where he quickly demonstrated his dedication and leadership potential. In 1999, he made the move to our new Middletown store location, where he was soon promoted to assistant store manager.
Jonathan's upward trajectory continued in 2003 when he was promoted to store manager at the Taylorsville Road location, showcasing his exceptional management skills and commitment to excellence. Throughout his tenure, he's also lent his expertise to managing the Brownsboro Road location, and he currently oversees operations at our Chenoweth Lane location.
What keeps Jonathan devoted to Paul's for over three decades? It's the people – his colleagues are more than just coworkers; they're his second family. Jonathan thrives on being active and on his feet, and he values team chemistry above all else. For him, it's not about leading a team, but fostering a collaborative environment where everyone works together towards shared goals.
