I can’t think of a much better Honeycrisp experiment.
Mix 1 bottle pinot grigio, 2 ½ cups apple cider (Huber’s is my favorite), 1 cup club soda, ½ cup ginger brandy, 3 Honeycrisp Apples (chopped small) and 3 pears (chopped small).
